Shipping
- We ship within the United States.
- Standard shipping: $8 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags.
- For hygiene reasons, the shea butter lip balm and other beauty products are final sale once opened.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@adjumu.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item unworn, with its tags, and ship it back. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.
- Once we receive and check it, we issue your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
